I have been doing all I can to stay looking good.
I work out more than five days a week now.
I make sure to do a thorough stretch before plus after the workout. I do cardio, weight training plus balance work nearly everyday. I have changed what I eat too. I now focus on fruits plus veggies. I do a blend of great fats like nuts, avocado plus seeds. I have cut out red meat truly plus I only eat salmon plus shrimp now for the omega 3 fatty acids. I even invested in a skincare line to cut down on acne, promote hydration plus help my great line plus wrinkles. A part of my skincare regime is using hemp oil. The hemp oil is genuinely great for wrinkles plus great lines. I just rub a bit on my face in the morning plus then after I work out. It stinks genuinely nice plus my face looks way better. It reduces cholesterol and helps fight the risk of a heart attack, stroke or heart disease. I don’t mind putting a few bits of the hemp seed oil in my bi-weekly green tea. It is a genuinely nice end of the morning thing I do. I put on a cable show I genuinely like, brew up my tea, put in the oil plus then I wind down feeling healthy plus relaxed. It is way easier plus better than taking a vitamin. I recognize I won’t forget to put a few drops in everyday like I would with taking a pill.
