The newer laws are going to end some small farming operations

Starting on the first of the year, a good amount of new fluctuations are going to take effect! Most of the fluctuations do not affect me personally, however one of the new laws most certainly does.

No one will be able to farm marijuana unless they happen to own at least 100 acres of property.

The new law passed with only 51% of the majority. A majority of farmers don’t want to be limited by the size of their fields. Only the top farmers are able to afford that much property, so it actually cuts out all of the little guys as well as leaves us with no option to get in on the profit. The new laws are going to end some small farming operations. One of my buddies was talking about starting a co-op, however I’m not sure how that would work… I’m definitely willing to try just about anything, but I don’t want to break the law. I will not continue harvesting or growing marijuana after the first of the year unless there are certain fluctuations that will make it completely legal. There is a meeting in the town next week to discuss the coop. Jack said he actually was bringing someone from the town to talk about it with us as well as explain everything in great detail. He honestly believes co-op marijuana farming is the way to go now that the big time companies are attempting to push out the little guys. There is sincerely room in this industry for basically everyone. Marijuana accounts for more than 2 billion dollars of revenue every single year! Even the little people should be able to profit from those staggering numbers.
