It’s my job to find current real estate when a current cannabis shop opens, but i labor for a single of the largest cannabis delivery services in the country! The two of us have shops in 13 different states plus in over 100 different locations.

The two of us mostly set up in cities that do not allow storefronts… Many of these cities still allow dispensaries as long as they are delivery services only. It can be difficult to find shop space, because a lot of owners do not want to rent to a marijuana delivery service, however sometimes all of us have to rent for a couple of years, because it’s difficult to think if the delivery service is going to be a success or not. The two of us often open delivery services not knowing if the current temperature can withstand the corporation or not. Since all of us do not have a storefront, all of us do not have to spend as much capital to get started plus that means all of us can take more possibilities than others. I was looking for real estate for a current dispensary plus I had to contact a real estate supplier to consult on the project. I was having trouble getting anyone to meet with myself and others or call myself and others back. I was hoping that a local real estate consultant would be able to help. I found someone with their own corporation plus used them instead of a supplier that might have ties to the community. It was much easier to find real estate once I had the help of a consultant.
