I manage a medical plus recreational cannabis shop.

I have been in charge for the past 8 months. I got the job when the previous director quit for a unusual business. I was the assistant director at the time. I had to learn a lot really quickly. I wasn’t quite ready for the job when I took over, however I’ve l acquired a lot in the last 8 months. The dispensary is tied up most of the day plus evening! Weekends plus evenings are respectfully busier than the day time hours. For a long time, both of us did not offer any delivery services throughout the day, then our first deliveries started at 4 p.m, and customers were free to order delivery items earlier while in the day, however they could not expect delivery until the afternoon driver arrived. I observed a lot of customers calling for daytime orders. I mentioned hiring a driver to work part-time while in the day. My boss was not in love with the idea, however she agreed to provide me extra work hours so I could transfer some people to a day shift spot. Once both of us started offering daytime delivery services, people started calling more frequently. After a month, our boss provided me the go-ahead to hire two part-time drivers plus 1 additional full-time driver for the weekends, then now delivery sales make up 60% of our monthly update. Customers do not adore to leave their homes plus apartments if they do not need to do so. It’s much easier plus takes really little time to order online plus have the cannabis items delivered.
