Soreness and cannabis

In the last couple of years, I’ve struggled with stiffness in my fingers, and at first, I wasn’t exactly sure what was causing the pain and soreness. I thought that I’d overworked our hands due to typing on the computer, and my job has myself and others working on my ipad for very long hours. In our spare time, I love to work in the gardens and paint, which are also taxing on our fingers, and however, our hands eventually swelled up so abruptly and badly that I had to split the rings off of our right hand, but that’s when I finally googled our symptoms and realized that it was arthritis. I started trying home remedies, such as soaking white raisins in gin. That absolutely helped quite a bit. I still needed something stronger and more effective to combat the inflammation and pain. I am not a fan of meds. I’ve read up on the long-term and harmful side-effects of prescription medicines. I’d rather deal with arthritis pain than kidney failure… When I was studying up on possible natural cures, I came across cannabis. Although I’d smoked marijuana a few times in school, I wasn’t all that respected with the therapeutic properties. I am fortunate to live in a state where medicinal weed is legal and arthritis is a qualifying condition. After a visit to the doctor, I was able to get our medical marijuana card and visit a dispensary. I consulted with the budtender about the most beneficial strains for our needs. She recommended a tincture and told me to both take it orally and to rub it directly onto our sore and swollen fingers.
