I totally have a problem with unhealthy eating. It starts with my disappointing food choices. I shouldn’t be getting cookies and potato chips to begin with, otherwise I wouldn’t have to fight the cravings when I’m at my place of residence. But it isn’t much better when I have healthy food, because after that I simply eat more. Sure, it’s better to binge eat food with less calories than fattier food, however binge eating is not a good thing in general. It basically stretches out your stomach so you naturally feel as though you need to eat more food to get the sensation of “fullness” that others get with a lot less food. I shouldn’t be eating so much candy either. When I stepped on the scale the other day, I had acquired more than four pounds since the previous time. I was stunned at first, however I suddenly realized that it’s my own fault. I buy bags of candy and eat them in a matter of a day or multiple at best. No matter what I choose to eat, it regularly ends in me throwing empty calories into my stomach. If you had complications with binge eating as I do, you’d be just as upset about cannabis gummies as I am. They’re mainly just THC so it’s straight-forward to eat a ton of them before they start to kick in. But if you end up eating 100 mg of THC after consuming an entire tote of cannabis gummies, you have no other choice but to buckle up for the rollercoaster ride that is about to come about. That’s why I stick with cannabis inhalation products, at least they kick in fast so I actually know when to consume more for the necessary effects.
