I have a serious problem with unhealthy eating.
It starts with my exhausting food choices. I shouldn’t be eating so much candy either for that matter. When I stepped on the scale just the other day, I had gained more than five pounds since the previous time. I was shocked at first, however I abruptly realized that it’s easily my fault. I buy bags of candy as well as eat them in no time. No matter what I eat, it constantly ends in me throwing nothing but empty calories into my stomach.
