It’s hard to know how many cannabis gummies to take

I have a serious problem with unhealthy eating.

It starts with my exhausting food choices. I shouldn’t be going for cookies as well as different snacks in the first place, otherwise I wouldn’t have to actually fight all the cravings when I’m at home. But it isn’t much better when I have healthy food, because then I simply eat too much. Sure, it’s better to binge eat food with less calories than fattier food, however binge eating is not so good regardless. It stretches out your stomach so you naturally feel as though you need to eat more food to get the sensation of “fullness” that others get with much less food. I shouldn’t be eating so much candy either for that matter. When I stepped on the scale just the other day, I had gained more than five pounds since the previous time. I was shocked at first, however I abruptly realized that it’s easily my fault. I buy bags of candy as well as eat them in no time. No matter what I eat, it constantly ends in me throwing nothing but empty calories into my stomach. If you had complications with binge eating the way I do, you’d be just as anxious about cannabis gummies as I am. They’re mostly just THC so it’s relatively easy to eat a ton of them before they kick in. But if you end up eating 100 mg of THC after consuming an entire basket of cannabis gummies, you basically have no choice however to buckle up for the rollercoaster ride that is coming. That’s why I stick with cannabis inhalation products, at least they kick in abruptly so I truly know when to consume more for the needed effects.
