I have always had a lot of trouble sleeping at night.
When I was a kid, I didn’t fall asleep until after midnight. Even if my mom and dad took me hiking or swimming all day, I was still wide awake when the sun set. I never slept much either. The doctor told me to try some indica strains at bedtime. I went to a medical dispensary and talked to someone about the different medical marijuana strains and they suggested OG kush for a new user like me. The smooth and mellow flavor makes it nice for smoking bowls, joints, or pipes. I’ve been smoking cannabis at bedtime for the past two years and I sleep much more soundly now. I smoke about an hour before bedtime. By the time the high wears off, I am ready to sleep. My mind and body feel more calm and relaxed and that helps me sleep better and for longer periods of time. OG kush and other indica strains are great for insomniacs like me.
