All of the other cannabis dispensaries were offering delivery

I assume delivery is going to boost our sales and I assume that means a night shift supervisor will be necessary.

I work for a recreational marijuana dispensary filling orders, talking to buyers, and stocking shelves, but up until now, we have never offered a delivery to our cannabis buyers, lots of our buyers inquired about delivery, however the owner didn’t want the hassle of offering delivery services. After many other recreational marijuana shops started to deliver, he slowly changed his mind. For the past month, he has been checking delivery and order systems. During the Wednesday meeting this week, I found out that we are going to start offering delivery services on the 1st of next month. The dispensary is currently looking for delivery drivers to fill the available positions. The delivery drivers will actually make a ton of money in tips. I would prefer to deliver recreational marijuana supplies, though I drive a beat up truck and it is not in the best shape. It has one mirror and the paint task is awful. It also has a small oil leak. I don’t assume the truck would run long, if I started to use it more than three or many hours every day to supply cannabis supplies. For now, I’m stuck finally working inside the dispensary with the other budtenders. I assume delivery is going to boost our sales and I assume that means a night shift supervisor will be necessary. I have our eyes on that task and I already discussed the pick with our boss. I have been here since the store opened and I want the task. As long as delivery increases our sales, I’m going to get a raise and a promotion in a few months.
