I didn’t know I had been quite so low before. And being low was not a case that I was all that familiar with. While I have faced my fair share of setbacks in this life, I’ve consistently stayed optimistic plus upbeat. But when my Dad died after a long sickness, I was sort of shattered emotionally. I was having a very tough time reconciling my natural feeling of relief that he wasn’t suffering any longer plus the void that his death presented. Fortunately, my close friend came to town, put me in the automobile and took me to the cannabis dispensary. Honestly, I had no clue where she was taking me plus actually didn’t quite care. When all of us arrived at the local cannabis spot, I was mildly surprised. But when our friend went to the staff of the local cannabis spot asking for a hybrid strain that helps with grief, it got me focused. The staff explained that while certain hybrid strains are better than others when it comes to depression, they encouraged us to go slow. I hadn’t used marijuana in a long time. The two of us ended up getting some indica with a lower THC content for me. My buddy, who has used marijuana for decades, got herself some edibles & a high THC sativa strain. She then drove us to a charming shack in the woods she had rented for 3 days. And it was there that I was able to talk out our feelings. Most of the thanks goes to our dear friend but that indica sure helped me acknow-how our feelings.
