I feel extremely thankful for having access to legal cannabis in my state.
Back when I started using marijuana daily in college, you had to know a good dealer if you wanted quality marijuana on a regular basis.
Thankfully for me, two of my dealers were close friends of mine. We used to get strains like White Widow, Blue Dream, and OG Kush. Unfortunately, our state was extremely strict about marijuana infractions at that time, so we all felt like criminals just for using this natural medicine. It’s amazing to see how much things have changed in just 10 years in this state. Now we have multiple options for cannabis dispensaries in literally every single county statewide. Not only can you get amazing cannabis legally at several different local stores, each one usually has a large product menu as well. One day you’ll have the choice of four or five different strains that you didn’t see the day before. I like to get sativas and indicas when they have good strains in stock, but recently many of the dispensaries have focused on having new hybrid strains for sale. I think that since these are middle of the road for most people, they’re easier to sell. Even though I love sativas to death for day vaping, many people just cannot tolerate a sativa. But if you want a milder strain that won’t necessarily put you to sleep, a hybrid cannabis strain might be a good choice. Often they retain the effects of their two parent strains, giving you the best of both worlds. You get the mental stimulation of a sativa combined with the body relaxation and stress relief of an indica.
